I love seeing him disappearing down the hole under the log!

Henry has been having extra fun with his roller toy since I have made it a bit tricker, hoping to catch it on film.

Hopefully his log move suffices. It's always so cute when he gets up on it to tell me he wants an interaction: Treat Check

He does look really cute running up and down that log. Hey you! Hope you catch him with his roller toy on film . I’d like to see that.

Henry was very contemplative while having a snack last night, I love how his little arms are folded.

I wonder what he's thinking about! He does look very cute there with his arms folded and his paws up He really is an adorable little boy. I like the bit at the end as well where he just seems to disappear!

Henry has been spending extra time in his burrows the past week and a half. There's a couple new tunnels that seem to be going deeper. I added a new platform under his favorite wheel to help stabilize it, and it seems to have encouraged him to take the plunge so to speak. He also left me a pile of soiled bedding outside a new tunnel, he's the first hamster I've had that's done this. I've heard about it, and don't mind being his garbage service! The more I can leave his burrows undisturbed the better.

I've also been a bit messy of late and just did some spring cleaning. Henry could sense it, and was super excited for an adventure! Tons of cuddles and kisses, plus he was so chatty I could hear his quiet voice easily for once. He experimented with his old Niteangel wheel for a few minutes, and decided he wanted to go back to his favorite. But it's very touching he wants to be in my territory for together time, melts my heart and makes me feel so happy.

Such a lovely Henry update You two have such a bond! I know what you mean about when they start cleaning out their own house or burrow for you to remove the debris stuff It feels like a moment of trust and working as a team! It's great you got tons of cuddles and kisses from Henry

Henry has been avoiding me a bit this week, tonight he asked for me to come over for breakfast. I got to pet him a little & got a kiss. I tried to encourage him to do the roller toy for the camera, and he was miffed! Scurried away, made it clear he's not a dog and does things on his own terms.

Henry had a small adventure last night. He got his Niteangel wheel spinning a little and then sat there while it rocked back and forth a bit. He seemed to be trying to tell me something, and I'm guessing he wants another of his favorite wheels in the play area.

I also sat next to his bin for a super late dinner, and played some music for him. Henry liked it, he saw what I was doing and pulled out a seed to munch on. Also zoomed over at songs he really enjoyed.

That sounds like a great evening I can just imagine him rocking in his wheel - I love it when they do that. I bet he would enjoy a wheel in his play area. His really fast when he zooms isn't he?!

Henry definitely wants a second of his favorite wheels in my room, he made it very clear during an adventure tonight. Showed me the niteangel was no good by bobbing back and forth on it, then was "all done". Straight to the taxi!

I'm going to pick one up on my way home from work tomorrow for him.

Lucky Henry Which is his favourite wheel again?

He actually loves this wheel of all things. It was really fun watching him compare it to the Niteangel side by side a few months ago. He does like to go fast, but found an easier stop was most important.

I'm guessing he will want to zoom on it for hours at a time again, once it's in my room. It's so sweet of him
