Henry was up this morning, and very eager to interact. He got up on his log when he heard me nearby: Let's Make Up!

I like the way he half nibbles that bit of flax en route

Henry is very agile, he looks like a little bear climbing over his log

We made up today, Henry demanded a lot of couch time. I also learned what he wanted so badly, he found an empty paper square I gave his favorite treat on and showed me. Was out of sour cream, but cream cheese is a close second.

I also made a snuggle sack out of an old sock & toilet paper rings. He loves the clothes pile so much, wish I thought of it before

Aw I bet he loves his sock They do like rummaging in things don't they ha ha. I can just imagine him in a clothes pile. Raffy used to like rummaging in a box of odds and ends. He's looking so well and round and fluffy

He is Maz, I took the opportunity to weigh him and he's still at 51 G! Really happy I fixed his diet last year, he's been steady since with the extra protein.

Today he finally got up the courage to explore the rest of the place. I followed him around for an hour, kept the water dish & taxi available (plus occasional treats). I also combined all his favorite things into one spot: Hamster Heaven

Henry has been demanding adventures every day this holiday weekend except for tonight. He loves having free reign of most of the place.

I gave him his favorite treat on his cheese tile, he opted to go back to his nap spot after:

He is such a sociable little fellow enjoying being with his dad

Two favourite spots by the look of it Half in the sand bath, half on the cheese tile I love the way he disappears down that hole at the end.

Henry has been wanting alone time the past couple of days, he declined the taxi and gave me some little licks. Today he is sleeping in his sand bath.

Aw - he looks sweet in his sand bath How old is he now? They do slow down their habits sometimes as they get older. I'm sure he'll be wanting to explore again soon

He is almost 2 years old. I think I just had to mention it on this page, he got up at lunch time and demanded an adventure. Took a full lap of the house for half an hour

It's such a grand age! He is doing so well. Yes it can be fits and starts at age two! Bet he had a lovely adventure

Henry was a little unsure of something, but is exploring around. Think he was asking for treats with the hide nibble. I got some kisses, and a minute of snuggles in return

That was special, he likes to give out affection but normally doesn't enjoy petting. Henry wouldn't leave my side, super snuggly
