Leo

Forgot to ask. Is the Dreamies Creamy chicken safe for all hamsters?

He's really enjoying that. He seems so much more confident :-) I like the way his little paw seems to say "give me more"!

I haven't posted about Leo for ages but he's doing okay. I don't see much of him these days, but I think that's how he likes it. He seems like a content and relaxed hamster. He's 18 months old now but I think that's still young for a Chinese hamster. He looks as young as ever.

Happy Birthday Leo! I can't believe he's two years old already! I remember your taming sessions with him though.

A confession: I only realised today that it was Leo's birthday. It crept up on me last year as well, probably because it's so soon after Christmas. Fortunately I was actually in Pets at Home when I remembered, so I was able to get him a present*

*and very nearly came home with a Robo but that's another story...

I know that feeling! January birthdays can be an issue. I wasn't prepared with a present for Tino's so he will be having a late celebration (although I do have a cold as well and we've been snowed up so that is some excuse!).

I almost wish you had come home with a robo!

Leo has not only made an appearance, but he's been unusually outgoing tonight. He even came to the front of the cage to see me, and he didn't seem too upset by me taking photos.

Such lovely photos of Leo! He looks so young! I think it's those eyes. He looks very good for two years old :-)
