Bit of a late night here - Tino had a cage clean (not all of it) and it took longer than I thought! So he had to go in the playpen where I could keep an eye on him. He was quite happy rummaging around in there while I was out of sight, but now and then I'd go over and check on him and have a sit down for a few minutes after grappling with his house a few times (had to take it out and try and get the legs back on) and if he saw me he immediately started wanting to come out of the playpen! Then when I went back to the cage again (or he couldn't see me) he'd happily rummage again. By the time I had finished the cage and had a sit down, he was having a good go at trying to find a way out on his own. Climbed on his pumpkin hide and was looking at the top of the playpen (but it kept toppling over) then climbed up the flying saucer to the top and was looking at the top of the playpen. I think he realised he couldn't jump that far. He's quite cute rummaging in his upside down carrot cottage

And his little white paws as he runs along the end of the playpen later.
Anyway it was just playpen time tonight as I was too tired to let him free roam after that, but he had lots of treats to forage for in his cage
Here he is towards the end wondering about using the flying saucer as a springboard
